Dempsey Mourns Passing of Co-Founder Dick Dempsey

Dick Dempsey PortraitRichard J. “Dick” Dempsey, co-founder of Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply, died Monday, April 11th, 2011, after a battle with cancer. He was 75 years old. Dempsey, a natural and gifted salesman, co-founded Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply, Inc. with his brother Patrick in Dunmore, Pennsylvania, in 1959. Since that time, the company has evolved into a multi-state operation servicing seven states with more than three hundred employees. Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply provides uniform rentals, linen, medical linens, facility supplies, and other services to a wide variety of businesses. Our weekly service includes pick-up, cleaning, and delivery.
