Most Reliable Deliveries

We understand that linen shortages can really slow your restaurant down, frustrating employees and affecting your restaurant’s image.

To increase your restaurant’s efficiency, we leverage technologies, like our VacuTrack™ and MobileLink™ systems, to make complete deliveries on your scheduled delivery day. We accurately track the soiled linens you turn in, maintain deep inventories of the products you use, and route our trucks with GPS precision to make sure your delivery is on schedule.

Lowest Total Cost

Invoices from other restaurant linen suppliers can be frustrating. They may not even tell you how many linens you’re using.

At Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply, we harness technologies, like our VacuTrack™, CustomerPortal, and SilverSaver™ systems, to provide you with knowledge and insight via an online Customer Portal. This proprietary interface enables you to view and adjust your orders to control the total cost. We only bill you based on usage, plus, when employees leave flatware in your soil bags, we collect and return it to you at no additional cost.

Baltimore, Located on the Chesapeake Bay, is a Colorful, Modern City on the Sea

The Fort McHenry National Monument and Historic Shrine is located in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor, a charming combination of old world character and modern sensibilities. During the War of 1812, the city defended itself against the British from this historic location. This engagement inspired Francis Scott Key, a respected lawyer and occasional poet, to write the lyrics to what we now call The Star Spangled Banner. As railroad enthusiasts know, the city of Baltimore served as the site of the B&O (Baltimore and Ohio), America’s first railroad, and Mount Clare Station (the current home of the B&O Railroad Museum) was this nation’s first railroad depot. A tribute to Baltimore Sun journalist Henry Louis Mencken, the H.L. Mencken House celebrates his influence on early 20th century American culture and society. The National Register of Historic Places recognizes Baltimore as home to more historic properties than any other U.S. city…65,000 to be exact.

Foodies flock to Baltimore year-round for delicious coastal delicacies. And what could be more classically Baltimore than blue crabs and Old Bay Seasoning? The city is peppered with small, local restaurants that dish up varied cuisine. While local fare and seafood is well represented, distinctive Italian, Greek and Latino cuisine is also readily available.

Generations of fishermen, chefs, bakers, and restauranteurs work in tandem to create a vibrant culinary atmosphere in which quality restaurants and their suppliers prosper. Dempsey is pleased to provide restaurant linen rental services to a wide variety of restaurant, food service, and hospitality companies including Joe Squared (on West North Avenue), and Frank and Nic’s West End Grille.

Believe it or not, jousting is the official state sport of Maryland. And while we can’t attest to its popularity in Baltimore, the art and music scene is just as exciting. Named “Best Music Scene” in 2009 by Rolling Stone Magazine, the city attracts music lovers, concertgoers, and performance artists from around the world. Diversity permeates the culture and can be found in the region’s music, food, and art. Patrons support local musicians, painters, and sculptors, and flock to world-class museums including The Baltimore Museum of Art, The Walters Art Museum, and The American Visionary Art Museum.
